Long Run

Sunday is an ideal day to stay out a bit longer. 

If you are just starting we would recommend to aim for a total of 50 min of jogging.  Do not force it and if you have to  walk for a bit , but try to get a total of 50 min.

For more advanced runners we would like to see a nice easy run for 70min total today.

This will increase your cardiovascular fitness and make other runs feel short.
